Bark River Bushcrafter I CPM 154, Black Canvas Micarta

The Bark River Bushcrafter is designed as the ultimate bushcraft knife. You, however, don’t easily acquire a name like Bushcrafter. You have to earn it. Which is why a lot of research was carried out before it was introduced. And the results are amazing. Each bushcraft enthusiast will recognize that this is an amazing bushcraft knife. The shape of the blade is perfect for all types of bushcraft work and the handle feels amazing in hand. The scandivex (scandi + convex) edge is perfect for woodwork. In addition, you can easily sharpen it.

The blade is made from CPM 154. A premium type of steel that is stainless and retains its sharpness well. As you might expect from Bark River, this knife is razor-sharp when it is delivered to your doorstep. The edge has a convex grind and you can maintain it by stropping it.

The handle is made from canvas micarta. A strong and light-weight material, made from linen and synthetic resin. Feels amazing in hand, even in wet or cold circumstances.

The Bark River Bushcrafter comes with a leather belt sheath. This can be carried straight (max. belt width 5.5 cm) and diagonally (max. belt width 6.5 cm).

Bark River makes most of its knives by hand. As a result each knife is unique. Especially when you are working with natural materials a knife can differ from its pictures. The knife you receive can, therefore, be slightly different from the product photographs. The model and the type of material, however, will remain the same.
