The Benchmade 586 Mini-Barrage is a beautiful and solid pocket knife. When you open the knife you immediately notice the assisted opening. The spring does most of the work for you. You do have to take into account that you have to apply some pressure to close the blade again because of the spring. The blade is made out of the very hard M390 steel which Benchmade calls ' Super Steel '. < br/> < br/>
