Full description
The Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless paring knife, 10 cm can be used for almost anything: from smaller cutting jobs to light peeling work. Because of the small size the knife feels great in hand. The handle and the blade are perfectly balanced. As such you will have excellent control over the knife.
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless blade
The knives have a damascus steel blade with a core of SG2 powdered steel. This type of steel is hard and retains its sharpness. Hardened to 63 Rockwell. On top of the hard SG2 core 100 layers of damascus steel were added. The pattern in the damask layer is absolutely unique. It is, after all, one of Bob Kramer’s designs you won’t find on any other type of knife.
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless handle
The handle is made from micarta: pressed linen with a wood look. The stunning handle definitely fits the blade in terms of design. In addition, micarta is moisture proof and retains its shape. This ensures that the knife and the handle can withstand long-term and intensive use. The handles are secured with stainless steel rivets and finished with a remarkable mosaic pin. A pin completely made by hand in the shape of the Bob Kramer logo.
The knives are completely made by hand in Seki, Japan. As a result each knife is unique.
