What a knife! I have an A1x and love that, maybe it’s too much of a knife for those smaller tasks? This F1x Elmax is the perfect accompaniment and I get great feathers from this and it’s a joy to use. Fit and finish is first class and it exudes a sense of quality and you just know it is likely over engineered for what you should reasonably do with a knife in the woods. I am probably in a minority here, but I am not a fan of the zytel sheaths. Yes, they are strong and the cam lock is great, I just don’t like the look of them. However, the knife is awesome. Great service as ever from Knives and Tools.
