This **Böker Pure utility knife** is a real all-rounder. This knife has a slim, long blade that can be used for various tasks in the kitchen. The blade has a slight curve and pointed tip. As a result you can rock the knife to dice food. You use the tip for more precise cutting work. For any task a chef’s knife will be a little too big, this knife will do the job. Whether you need to cut cheese, sausages or finely chop herbs.


## Böker Pure: stunning design


The top-quality and glossy oak handle perfectly matches the top-quality CPM-154 steel of the blade. The grains in the oak wood are subtly interrupted by three stainless steel rivets. The blade is made from CPM-154 powdered metallurgic steel from the American manufacturer Crucible Industries. This steel is produced by melting the excellent basis steel 154-CM and adding additional carbide. Especially the carbides give the steel its hardness and the edge its strength.
