The **Case Knives Bowie Black Synthetic Handle 00286** is a large bowie knife. A knife for real collectors. Bowie knives were originally designed as large hunting knives for large game. Its name, however, was given to it after the battle for Alamo where Commander James Bowie fought the republic of Texas.




This Case Bowie is enhanced with a 24 cm long blade! To prevent your hand from slipping and ending up on the edge, the knife was enhanced with a large knife guard. It will make sure your hands are safe.




## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel


The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. Characterizing about this type of steel is that you can quickly sharpen it and have a razor-sharp knife.




## Black Synthetic handle


The handle is made from black synthetic material. This material feels great in hand and will still feel comfortable in very low temperatures.




The Case Knives Bowie comes with a stunning, decorated leather sheath.

Un très beau couteau pour une collection ou même pour utiliser. 
Des finitions parfaites, un très bon tranchant (pas rasoir, mais quelques minutes avec un strop et le tranchant est redoutable!). Je pense que le couteau peut être utilisé vu l’impression de robustesse qu’il dégage. L’étui est de très bonne facture et très fonctionnel avec la patte de rétention du côté dos de lame (appréciable!). Vraiment un très bel outil si on n’a pas peur des traces d’utilisation sur le superbe poli miroir. Enfin une excellente prise en main, bref je recommande
