It has a modern look with a cerakote® blade finish that offers better protection against rust, and a handle made of thermoplastic material that is highly resistant to scratches and high temperatures.

## Blade made from 1075 steel

1075 steel is a type of carbon steel that is easy to sharpen. Please note that this steel is not stainless, it will form a patina in time. In order to prevent rust, it's important to clean the knife well and to apply a coat of oil every now and then.
