The **Due Cigni Tuscany ham knife** is a long and slender knife that you can use to cut the most beautiful slices. Because the blade is so long, it's possible to make long cutting movements instead of using a sawing motion. This means you can cut very thin, straight slices. And because the blade is so low, the slices don't stick to the blade and don't tear.


## Due Cigni Tuscany olive wood handle

The handle is made from olive wood. This is a light wood, both in weight and colour. The dark lines provide an elegant contrast. Because of this striking wood grain, each knife is unique.
