The stunning **Brisa Birk 75** is a foldable alternative for the traditional Scandinavian Puuko knife. The EnZo Birk 75 looks slim for an outdoor knife and can easily be opened with the thumb stud. When opened the blade is locked by a solid liner lock. The Birk 75 feels great in hand and is, because of its compact size, perfect for everyday use!


The blade is made from S30V steel with a full flat grind. The handle is made from desert ironwood, a luxurious type of wood from the deserts of Arizona and Mexico. It is incredibly deep in terms of colour and structure and therefore looks very fancy. The pocket-clip is positioned as such that you can carry it deep inside your pocket.
