The Kershaw CQC-9K is a large pocket knife, designed by Ernest Emerson. The perfect ergonomics of this knife are a defining feature of his design style. Large finger grooves for different gripping methods provide extra user comfort and safety.
You can quickly open the blade with the thumb plate or with the Emerson wave-shaped opening feature. This is the little wave on the spine of the blade. If you pull the knife back slightly when you take it out of your pocket, it will open automatically. According to many users, there is no faster way to open a knife. The wave disappears into the handle when the knife is opened.
The 8Cr14MoV steel blade and the rust-resistant part of the handle have a black oxide coating. The other part of the handle is made from G10, which provides excellent grip. Ultra strong and featherlight.
The Kershaw CQC-9K is a typical Emerson design, characterised by Kershaw's highly appealing price/quality ratio.
