Knivesandtools 550 paracord type III: Unique and rock-solid rope

The number 550 stands for the tractive force of 500 pounds (approximately 250 kg). The nylon casing contains a core comprised of seven thin strands. If the paracord is too thick and the maximum tractive force not necessary, it is possible to remove this core. The thin strands from the core are said to also be used as suture material in case of an emergency. We haven't tested this theory yet!
