Precies wat ik zocht. Compact en zeer handig bij het maken van slaatjes. Snel gereinigd en opgeborgen.

De rasp gourmet extra grof/extra breed voldeed aan alle verwachtingen,met als gevolg dat mijn oude rasp in de vuilnisbak verdween.Ook over de snelle levering was ik uiterst tevreden.

Dit zijn pas echte raspen. 
Superieur aan alle raspen die er op de markt zijn.
Het is niet voor niets dat de meeste koks Microplane raspen gebruiken.
Hoewel, raspen? Het zijn miniscuul kleine, maar vlijmscherpe mesjes die je producten niet kapotraspen zodat de smaak geheel behouden blijft.
Ze snijden moeiteloos en zonder krachtinspanning allerlei producten.
Ik heb de gehele Gourmet serie aangeschaft omdat er een extra brede bijzit. En dat is heel handig.
Kijk wel uit met uw vingers. 
Koop er voor de veiligheid een beschermingskapje bij, dat spaart vingertopjes.
De prijs. Ze zijn de prijs dubbel en dik waard. Alleen jammer dat we hier geen Amerikaanse prijzen hebben. Daar koop je de gehele set voor $ 50,-.
Maar ja, dat zal wel komen door de hoge Nederlandse belastingen.
Zeer zeker een aanrader.

Ik ben erg blij met de rasp!
Heerlijk scherp, waardoor hij prettig in het gebruik is.
Ik rasp er voornamelijk kaas mee, hij geeft mooie ronde "vlokken".
