As its name suggests, the **Mora Wood Splitter 220** is specifically designed for splitting wood. Getting started on a hefty trunk of wood isn't always easy. Split it a few times with this knife and you'll have thinner kindling that will give your campfire a flying start.



The birch handles provide good grip and control over the carbon steel blade. This type of steel is really easy to sharpen, but isn't stainless. After cutting fresh wood, you should clean the blade, dry it and add a drop of oil.



We've noticed that this knife is also suitable for thinning tasks. This is an indispensable tool if you're cutting a bow from a piece of wood. You can use it in both a pushing and pulling motion. The two handles give you a lot of control during use. In our opinion, it's an indispensable tool for the (hobby) woodcarver.

Für kleines Holz ist es zu gebrauchen, bei größerem Holz ist diese Gerät zu klein.

Iets kleiner dan ik had verwacht en gehoopt maar prima mes en doet goed wat het moet doen.

Snel geleverd en zeer goed kwaliteit. Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Bijzonder mes voor houtsnijwerk. 
Het is wel even zoeken om je positie te bepalen wanneer je met dit mes aan de slag wilt gaan. Je wilt je houten object stabiel houden zodanig dat je een naar je toe halende beweging kunt uitvoeren. 
Superscherp!
Met dit mes haal je iets bijzonders in huis en gooi je zeker hoge ogen bij je houtsnij-vrienden!
