The Real Steel Megalodon Revival 7422 is a cool pocket knife brought out by Real Steel. This Revival version is the more economical variation of the Megalodon Eclipse. It has the same cool design, but is made from slightly cheaper materials. As a result, the Revival also offers an excellent price/quality ratio, but for an even lower price.
One striking feature of the Real Steel Megalodon is its steel lock side. A playful S-shape has been milled into the groove of the lockbar - a nice detail that goes well with the tapered shape of the lockbar and the pocket clip.
You can quickly open the Megalodon with the flipper. It moves really smoothly because of the ball bearings. The blade is made from Austrian Böhler N690 steel, a type of steel that retains its sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen. The pivot, hinge, has a great ‘blind’ finish so it looks really sleek, and doesn't distract from the beautiful carbon fibre. This handle is made from G10 with a carbon fibre top layer.
