Almost all knives by Robert Herder are equipped with wooden handles. Partly because of this, they are not suitable for the dishwasher. For people who still like to wash their kitchen knives in the dishwasher, there is a series of kitchen knives with handles of a black plastic (POM) and with a blade of stainless steel. Although we always recommend to clean kitchen knife by hand, officially these knives can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
