Have 2 cooking knives from this Robert Welch signature collection already which are excellent: well-balanced, sharp and keep their edge well. This bread knife feels safe as it is stiff so does not bend on thin slices. It feels good in the hand and cuts all bread really well. Excellent bread knife.
