The pans from the Spring Cristal series are made of stainless steel with an aluminium core and stainless steel handles. The stainless steel protects the pans against corrosion and gives them a beautiful shine.

Unique 5-layer construction

Spring Cristal pans have a five-layer construction that ensures optimal heat conduction. The outer layer is made from 18/0 stainless steel. This type of steel makes the pans suitable for induction. The inner layer is 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 stands for 18% chromium and the 10 stands for 10% nickel. This is an excellent choice in terms of composition, because of chromium's durability and nickel's clarity. There is a 3-layer aluminium core between the inner and outer layers. Because of this structure, heat is evenly spread from the bottom to the edge of the pan and thus to the contents from all sides. As a result, the food is brought to temperature more evenly. This makes the pans more efficient and more economical.

Handy features

The measuring lines on the inside of the pans are very practical. For instance, you can use them to monitor the reduction while making sauces. The supplied lid fits onto the pan perfectly. This allows you to cook with a minimal amount of water, thereby preserving the vitamins and vibrant colours of vegetables.

For safety, the handle is made of stainless steel. If used correctly, the handles of the pan remain cool enough to grasp without hurting yourself. The pan does need to be used on a suitable gas hob or cooking zone for this to be possible. Another benefit of the Spring pans from this series is that they are suitable for oven use. This means you can easily keep your dishes at the right temperature and full of flavour. The pans are dishwasher-safe.
