The **Spyderco Hundred Pacer** is a large pocket knife, designed by Johnny Liao. This pocket knife owes its name to a very poisonous Taiwanese snake. This snake is said to be so poisonous that you, once bitten, can only take another 100 steps. Hence the name: Hundred Pacer.


The look of the Hundred Pacer is also based on this almost mythical snake. You can immediately see the resemblance of the pointy head of the snake in the shape of the blade. The colour and shape of the skin can also be found in the handle.


To make the handle actually resemble the skin of a snake Spyderco used layered G10 and added a grip pattern to make sure that in both the texture and the colour differences can be found.


The large and pointed blade is made from CTS-XHP-steel. A stainless, American type of powdered steel. Perfect for everyday use. The liner lock keeps the blade in place when opened. Considering the total length of 23 cm the weight of 145 grams is not bad at all.
