Full description
The Viper Larius is a cool pocket knife, designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli. This Italian designer is known for his outspoken designs. The Larius is a flipper pocket knife. This means you quickly and effortlessly open it with the flipper. Because of the ball bearings around the pivot it moves well.
The sleek lines of the Larius might remind you of a Lamborghini. Another great example of Italian design. The handle is enhanced with stunning milling work. The pocket clip is also milled from a piece of titanium, and not cut from a sheet.
Subtle colour accents around the pivot, the backspacer and the pocket clip make the knife look extra special. Especially when combined with the milled details. When open, the blade is blocked by a liner lock.
The harpoon-style blade is nicely rounded on the spine. Exactly as befits Viper. The blade is made from Böhler M390. An Austrian type of steel known for retaining its sharpness well. For the tip Viper used a facet in the grind. It gives the blade its 'fast' look and feel.
