The **Wüsthof Crafter santoku** is a stunning, classic, but tough knife. This knife is great when finely chopping and dicing vegetables and herbs. But cutting meat and vegetables is also a piece of cake. Because of the dimples in the blade ingredients won't stick to the blade. A great all-rounder that is indispensable in every kitchen!


The Wüsthof Crafter lives up to its name. They are true workers knives. The handle is made from smoked oak and therefore water resistant. Preferably clean the knives by hand and do not put them in the dishwasher. The dishwasher could namely affect the beautiful, dark colour of the wood or the sharpness of the blade. The handle feels great in hand and the half crop allows you to use the entire blade. The weight is also extremely low for a chef's knife, only 120 grams. The scales are attached with brass rivets for an authentic character.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
