I bought one of these about 17 years ago.  It is still amazing but my husband and I fight over it so I wanted another so we had one each. It is the one I reach for, for most jobs. 

Geweldig mesje met de geweldige Wusthof kwaliteit. Levering weer zoals gewoonlijk, gewoon uitstekend verzorgt en super snel.

Ik kan helaas niet mijn eigen ervaringen delen, want die heb ik niet, maar de ogen van mijn zwager begonnen helemaal te glimmen toen hij dit Sinterklaas-kadootje uitpakte. Dat zegt genoeg denk ik.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
