The knife arrived very quickly and WOW it's really something else. It was so sharp that when my girlfriend went to wash it using a sponge it sliced the sponge in half! Cutting through vegetables is like cutting through butter it's really really impressive. The weight is perfect, it balances perfectly on the handle meaning you always feel in control. I also think it looks fantastic, very high quality finish and all the materials feel stellar. Really recommend this, think it's huge value for money.
