The **Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC117 chef's knife** is a graceful Japanese kitchen knife. The angular handle and the outspoken damascus steel look amazing together. A razor-sharp knife that is also amazing to look at. The chef's knife is very versatile. From cutting meats and vegetables to size, to finely chopping a clove of garlic.

## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC117 damascus

The polished blade is made from 67 layers of damascus steel with a Japanese VG10 steel core. VG10 is a great type of steel for both pocket knives and kitchen knives. Rock-solid and easy to sharpen. Stunning and almost unheard of that we can sell a knife with this type of damascus steel for this price. An almost unparalleled price-quality ratio. 

At least as special is the way the blade is sharpened. This knife is enhanced with a flat grind with a convex edge instead of a traditional V-edge. The advantage is that it is a lot easier to use. The handle is at least as remarkable as the blade. The handle is made from rosewood. . A red-brown coloured type of wood with a deep and wavy pattern. The buffalo horn holster is accentuated by a red sheet of G10. A rock-solid type of plastic. The geometric shapes in the handle make the knife look amazing and also provide you with enough grip.
