Almost all knives made from so-called 'stainless' steel are basically only corrosion resistant. Some more and some less, but in the end they are all prone to rust. 

In large part this depends on the amount of carbon added to a knife, a substance you also need to make sure a knife is, and stays, sharp. 

There is, however, a knife with a blade made from Japanese H1 steel, that is actually stainless, even in seawater, which is known to be an extremely corrosive medium. 

The carbon element in this metal was mostly replaced by nitrogen, and the final result is a great knife comparable to normal types of good-quality steel knives, which doesn't rust. 

Of course the other metals parts are also completely stainless. 

Rust does not only cosmetically affect the blade; if rust emerges on the edge of the knife, it loses its sharpness. 

The Spyderco C89 Atlantic Salt is a good one-handed folding knife in the style of the famous Endura model, exactly like you are used to from Spyderco; no-nonsense, decent and functional.  
You open the knife with one hand with the help of the round hole in the blade, after which a reliable back-lock keeps the blade locked when opened.  
Perfect knife for diving purposes, fishing, off-shore, the food industry, and basically all professions were rust is not desired.

Usual Spyderco quality and usual price! It's a beautiful little knife and an excellent addition to my Spyderco collection

Have not "used it in anger"yet but I'm sure it will do all that is expected of it

Mes is erg licht, merkt nauwelijks dat je 'm bij je draagt. Ligt goed stevig in de hand, geeft vertrouwen. 'Ingebouwde' harpsleutel in het heft is handig.

Gekocht als vervanging van een Atlantic Salt die ik kwijt ben geraakt. Ik draag dit mes bij me tijdens kanotochten, zowel op zoet als zout water. Het mes is lekker licht, heeft een comfortabel handvat dat veel grip biedt en dat met zijn gele kleur goed opvalt, en het lemmet is ook gewoon goed en makkelijk te openen.
