The **Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Essential Santoku knife** is a versatile Asian kitchen knife. A little lighter and more compact than a chef’s knife. The knife effortlessly cuts through vegetables, fruit, meats and fish. Cut, crush and scoop. It is all possible with the multifunctional Santoku.


## Kramer by Zwilling Euro Essential blade


The full-tang blade is made from revolutionary FC61 steel. The structure of the steel makes it possible to end up with an extremely fine, razor-sharp edge. The ice hardening of the steel gives you a sustainable blade with a hardness of 61 Rockwell. As such the blade is incredibly sustainable.


## Kramer by Zwilling Euro Essential handle


The handle is made from non-slip plastic and the edges are finished by hand. This ensures a firm grip while you are using the knife. The handles are mounted together with stainless steel rivets, polished by hand and finished with a remarkable mosaic pin. A pin completely made by hand in the shape of the Bob Kramer logo.


The knives are made in Seki, Japan and are perfectly balanced. Amazing to work with!
