The Bob Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless bread knife impresses with the stunning pattern on the blade. The knife effortlessly cuts through different types of bread. Even bread that has a hard crust is no match for this knife because of the special serrations and the fine edge. This, however, doesn’t mean that you can only use this knife for bread. After all, you can also use this knife to cut cakes and pies but also hard types of fruit or vegetables.
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless blade
The knives have a damascus steel blade with a core of SG2 powdered steel. This type of steel is hard and retains its sharpness. Hardened to 63 Rockwell. On top of the hard SG2 core 100 layers of damascus steel were added. The pattern in the damask layer is absolutely unique. It is, after all, one of Bob Kramer’s designs you won’t find on any other type of knife.
Kramer by Zwilling Euro Stainless handle
The handle is made from micarta: pressed linen with a wood look. The stunning handle definitely fits the blade in terms of design. In addition, micarta is moisture proof and retains its shape. This ensures that the knife and the handle can withstand long-term and intensive use. The handles are secured with stainless steel rivets and finished with a remarkable mosaic pin. A pin completely made by hand in the shape of the Bob Kramer logo.
The knives are completely made by hand in Seki, Japan. As a result each knife is unique.
