Full description
The Böker Plus Kerberos was designed by Sam Lurquin and Raphael Durand. Two famous knife makers who joined forces for this project. The result is a stunning gentleman's knife, made from top-quality materials. The design of the Kerberos looks a lot like the Frelon. The main difference is the addition of a thumb disc and the slightly larger size. Unlike the Frelon, the Kerberos can be opened with one hand.
The blade is made from VG10 steel. A good type of stainless steel for daily use that retains its sharpness well. Böker gave the knife a fancy satin finish. A cool design element is the dramatic swedge of the bowie-style blade. The G10 handle is polished and very ergonomic. Once in hand this knife won't go anywhere. Because Böker didn't use steel liners this knife weighs next to nothing. A fun little detail is the paracord lanyard that comes with the knife. As such you can easily take the knife from your pocket.
