The Condor Swamp Romper 3900-4.5HC is a cool bushcraft knife, for a great price. With a blade length of 11.4 cm the Swamp Romper is incredibly all-round. Large enough for almost all bushcraft tasks, and small enough for the finer wood work. The Condor Swamp Romper was designed by bushcraft expert Joe Flowers.
The blade of the Condor Swamp Romper is made from 1075 carbon steel. A strong type of steel that is easy to sharpen, and can also handle quite a lot. 1075, however, is not completely stainless. As such you need to clean it regularly and add a drop of oil once in a while. The knife has a strong full-tang construction. This means that the thickness of the blade runs throughout the entire handle.
The handle is made from walnut wood. The scales are secured with hollow pins. As such you can attach the knife to a stick and use it as a spear. The Condor Swamp Romper Knife comes with a solid leather sheath with a belt loop that has enough room for belts up to 5.5 cm. There is also a loop for a firesteel.
