The **Due Cigni Coquus Bread Knife** is a stylish kitchen knife from Italy. Like all knives in the Coquus series, this knife is made from natural products. As such, the handles may show small differences, every knife is unique! Thanks to the serrated edge, this bread knife will cut through bread and cake very easily. 

## Due Cigni Coquus blade

The blade is made from X50CrMoV15 steel. Quite the mouthfull. All you need to know is that this type of steel is from Germany, it is very sharp and corrosion-resistant. The blade has a satin finish, adding to the knife's soft and chic looks.

## Due Cigni Coquus handle

The handle is made from one piece of smoked oak. A beautiful, light-weight material that works great with the satin-finished blade. It is no surprise Due Cigni used this material for these beautiful knives. Thanks to the design of the handle, the knife not only looks amazing, it also feels great in hand. The pin that attaches the handle to the steel and the bolster are made from stainless steel.
