The stunning Brisa Birk 75 is a foldable alternative for the traditional Scandinavian Puuko knife. The EnZo Birk 75 looks slim for an outdoor knife and can easily be opened with the thumb stud. When opened the blade is locked by a solid liner lock. The Birk 75 feels great in hand and is, because of its compact size, perfect for everyday use!
The blade is made from D2-tool steel with a scandi-grind. This type of steel has a high carbon level to make sure you can sharpen it and end up with a razor-sharp blade. However, as such the blade is not completely stainless so we recommend you take good care of it to keep the blade rust-free. The handle is made from micarta, a composite material comprised of linen and synthetic resin. Incredibly practical and very fancy. The pocket-clip is positioned as such that you carry the knife deep inside your pocket.
