Ein Allrounder in der Küche und zum Kräuterernten im Wald! 
Das F4 schneidet sehr gut!
Nicht Pflegebedürftig, leicht, schmale maße, schnell zur Hand und schnell zurück.

Perfekte Klingenlänge (15 cm). Da zu ein Vollmantelgriff der identisch mit dem Fällkniven F1 ist (auch Thermorun). Der Stahl rostet nicht und läuft auch nicht an.
Die Klinge ist mit 2,5 - 2,0 mm Stärke minimal biegsam aber trotzdem ausreichend stabil für mittlere Schneidarbeiten (Baumpilz) und alle Sparten der Essenszubereitung. Hervorragend geeignet für Haushalt, Camping  und Waldspaziergänge. (Pilz und Kräutersammler.)
Die Zytelscheide ist funktional und sorgt ausreichend für Sicherheit. Sie ist zudem durch einfaches abspülen oder schrubben leicht zu reinigen. Lederscheiden sind da klar im Nachteil.
Bei feuchter und kalter Witterung gibt es nichts besseres, dass kenne ich schon vom F1. Nicht ganz billig, aber wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal.

Top Messer, aber etwas zu teuer , ist halt Fällkniven  

Das Messer ist hervorragend verarbeitet.Sehr scharf.Liegt sehr gut in der Hand,ausgewogen.Macht nicht nur beim Filetieren eine gute Figur.Der Griff ist sauber hergestellt.Ein BMW unter den Fischmessern.Der Preis ist allerdings etwas salzig.Meine Vorstellung: ca. 80-90 €. Gruß Alex
