Zwilling J.A. Henckels Four Star Cook's knife 10"

I'm not a professional but this is a superb knife. It is super sharp and feels great in the hand. I’d only ever used 8” knives before but following a college course where 10” knives were available I just had to have one. The difference that the extra blade length makes cannot be over stated and I’d urge any amateur cook to upgrade to a 10” blade.
