Kai Shun Classic chef's knife anniversary 40y, limited amount available

Kai Europe is celebrating its 40th anniversary with an exclusive knife within the SHUN Classic collection. This amazing 23.5 cm chef's knife. A special edition with a jade green and black grainy handle and a 23.5 cm blade. A length that hasn't been used before for a chef's knife in the SHUN Classic collection. This knife was only produced 2.222 times and each knife contains its own serial number on the bolster. It turns each knife into a unique collector's item. As such it is no surprise that we are happy and proud to be able to offer these knives to our customers. It goes without saying that these knives are numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity, just like with other works of art.
