Medford 187 RMP Black G10, PVD Black D2, pocket knife
Full description
The Medford 187 RMP is a large pocket knife made by Medford Knife & Tool in the United States. This RMP version has a ramp nose. A type of combination between a spearpoint and a droppoint. You open it with the royal thumb hole. The D2 steel blade has been enhanced with a hollow grind that was applied by hand. This is a unique feature: it doesn’t occur often that a manufacturer applies a hollow grind by hand. Because of the royal thumb groove you can easily open the knife. At first it could take a little getting used to. When opened the solid framelock neatly keeps the blade in place. Medford pushed the stop-pin into the blade. As a result it symmetrically leans against the handle making it extra strong.
