## Medford T-Bone CPM S45VN

The slim CPM S45VN steel blade has a hand-sharpened hollow grind. This is a unique feature: only few producers apply a hollow grind by hand. CPM S45VN is a premium, stainless type of steel. For years, this has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market. For a stainless steel, it is fairly tough and relatively easy to sharpen. Because the edge is nice and slim, it is ideal for cutting up a steak. You open the knife with a subtle flipper and when open, the solid framelock keeps the blade securely in place. 

## Medford T-Bone Titanium Tortoise Shell

The handle is made from 'tumbled' titanium. This finish resembles a stonewash, giving the knife its tough looks. The knife features a Tortoise Shell inlay made from plastic. The colour and pattern of the inlay is reminiscent of a tortoise. As nice as the original material, but animal-friendly. Stunning!
