Ik had een Herder Buckels mes besteld met een olijfhout heft en een lemmet van  carbon staal (niet roestvrij). Dit is een combinatie die je zelden ziet. Het mes werd prompt geleverd, maar het lemmet was niet carbon maar van roestvrij staal. Op de bon stond ook carbon, maar het was dus helaas een ander product.
