The **Schrade SCH707** is a solid pocket knife for daily use. Schrade enhanced the SCH707 with a tanto-shaped blade. A shape that mostly excels during penetrating tasks. Schrade used ball bearings. In between the blade moves in the handle. Ball bearings ensure that the knife moves smoothly. Something you immediately notice when you open the SCH707 with the thumb stud. The handle is made from kraton. This is a rubber-like material that retains its grip in humid circumstances. The green aluminium backspacer adds some colour to the whole. You can easily carry this pocket knife on your pocket with the pocket clip.

degelijk alledaags mes,ligt goed in de hand maar niet zo gemakkelijk eenhands te openen , de aanslag staat voor mij iets te veraf op het lemmet

In dit geval een overduidelijk goedkoop, eenvoudig geconstrueerd mes.
Dat kunt u negatief uitleggen, maar dat is niet mijn bedoeling. We hebben het over 9cr18mov staal en een kraton handvat. Dat staal is meer dan behoorlijk. Sommigen schatten het hoger dan 440C of D2. Ik weet dat het een staalsoort is met een goede verhouding hardheid / taaiheid en behoorlijk roestbestendig. Voor net iets meer dan 2 tientjes laat je dat dus niet liggen.
