The **TRC Knives Harpoon Custom** is a remarkable fixed knife from the TRC Knives custom collection. This means that even more parts of this knife are made by hand, and that only a limited amount of this knife are produced. Once sold out it could take a very long time before new versions are available, and each knife is unique.

 The blade is made from Böhler M390. A premium type of steel which many knife enthusiasts consider to be the best out there. It retains its sharpness well and is very corrosion resistant. For this custom they left the finish on the blade as it was when it came from the oven. They call this the *Apocalypse finish*. A brown-bronze look that is different for each knife.

 The hollow-grind that was applied by hand deserves special mention. It is exceptional and nice and thin. As such you can sharpen it often without the blade getting (much) thicker behind the edge.

 As the name might already suggest it has been enhanced with a harpoon tip. The great thing about this model is that there is a nice contrast between the dark finish of the blade and the satinized parts.

 The handle is made from a unique type of carbon fibre. In this case a gold-coloured metal powder is mixed through it. This gives the knife a unique look and feel. The *custom hardware* with the famous three-hole screws also looks amazing.

 The TRC Harpoon is a robust survival knife that will look amazing in any collector's display case. At the same time it is solid and robust enough to be used for years to come.

 The TRC Knives Harpoon Custom comes with a brown leather sheath, without belt loop.
