The classic Ikon Cooks knife replaces a worn down (but still used) Global Cooks knife. It has more heft than the Global and fees good in the hand. Everything about this knife speaks quality, there is nothing I can fault. The factory edge is sharp, with a good bevel and should last a while with regular stropping. Very happy with my purchase. Worth every penny.
