In use, the cream-coloured Classic Ikon is identical to the standard Classic Ikon version. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand and offers plenty of control, even during longer cutting tasks. Together with its good balance, this makes cutting feel relaxed and precise. Each knife is forged from a single piece of stainless steel for strength and a dependable feel when cutting.

The knives in the white Classic Ikon series have no bolster between the handle and blade. You can therefore use the full blade length when cutting, and sharpening the knives yourself is much easier. Like other Wüsthof knives, they are sharpened with laser precision, so they are sharp straight out of the box and retain their sharpness well with normal use.

Wüsthof Classic Ikon White material

The handle of the cream-coloured Classic Ikon is made from POM (polyoxymethylene) and is joined flush to the stainless steel blade. This material is strong, wear-resistant and resistant to moisture and temperature changes. The knife therefore remains hygienic and comfortable even with intensive use. Its ergonomic shape offers plenty of grip and a smart appearance that lasts, whether you choose the white Classic Ikon or the black version.
