Prima scherp mes, keurig verpakt, alleen de mogelijk om iets in je mes te laten etsen wordt op de site wat onduidelijk beschreven. Is bij mij dan ook mis gegaan. Ik kon het wel gratis laten oplossen hoor, maar ik wilde het mes eigenlijk niet weer voor een paar dagen missen.

Het was een kado voor een huisgenoot, maar ik wil er nu ook zo een :)

Het blijven dure messen, maar je voelt de kwaliteit met eigen handen. Als leek op het gebied van keukengerei volgde ik de aanbeveling van knivesandtools, die het mes "HET allround koksmes" noemt. Even was ik bang dat ik liever voor een lemmet van 20cm was gegaan, totdat ik met deze alleskunner ging werken in de keuken (pizza, kip, courgette, prei) wist ik dat ik niet groter nodig had. Het is gewoon een heel fijn mes.
