Expectations

For me personally is the size to be super universal, chopping vegetables, cutting meat and top of that knife to open sme wrapping film or paper package. I'm not a chef just enthusiast of it. Sharpening on wet stone 8000 makes it super sharp. To short time to see any negative side of. If you want some knife for only chopping vegetables better is Nakiri shape.
