In addition to the wide range of fixed knives, ESEE Knives has also made a pocket knife. The shape of the Zancudo reminds strongly of the Laser Strike. The size of this knife makes it is extremely suitable for everyday use. It disappears easily into your pocket, where the pocket clip will make loss almost impossible. The handle shows on one side a zytel scale with good structure, and on the other side bare steel. The blade is made of AUS8 knife steel. The blade is razor sharp from the box and is easy to sharpen yourself. The thumb rest can be used for quick single handed opening of the blade. The frame lock ensures that the blade can not close unintentionally.  
   


The blade has a stonewashed finish. This gives great aesthetics and camouflages traces of wear and tear.

Der Folder ist eine Zusammmenarbeit von Mike Perrin/ Jeff Randall(ESEE-Knives) und BRK( Blue Ridge Knives/Us-Grosshaendler) ,wird in Taiwan produziert und von BRK vertrieben,eigentlich nichts besonderes.Auch die Drop-Point-Klinge und Zytel-Schale machen das Messer nicht sonderlich aufregend; warum volle Punktzahl?Das Zancudo punktet durch sehr gute  Verarbeitung,eine sehr scharfe AUS-8 Klinge( schnitthaltig und leicht zu schaerfen) einem robusten Frame-Lock,guter Klingenzentrierung und null Klingenspiel Die stonewashed Drop-Point-Klinge ist fuer so ziemlich alle anfallenden Arbeiten ideal und mit 58 HRC hat man auch kein Dosenblech in der Hand sondern ein richtig robustes Stueck Eisen!Das Messer laesst sich vollstaendig zerlegen und ohne Probleme wieder zusammenbauen.Es ist ein echtes Muli ,ich bin begeistert ,ein Top-EDC !!
