This pair of **Due Cigni poultry scissors** is stronger than household scissors. Not surprising because, as the name already suggests, this pair is meant to cut poultry into pieces. Chicken bones, for instance, are no problem at all. The spring in these scissors prevents you from slipping. Very safe. After all when you cut game you sometimes have to apply some pressure. The scissors are made from stainless steel and enhanced with a clip to safely store the pair.

 Due Cigni (two swans) is a traditional, Italian knife manufacturer which has been producing top-quality kitchen knives, (pruning)scissors and saws for over hundred years. All products are produced in the Italian knife capital of Maniago. Some years ago the brand was bought by Fox Cutlery, also located in Maniago. They continued the Due Cigni tradition of producing fine, top-quality kitchen knives.
