The **Kai Shun Seki Magoroku Redwood peeling knife 0100P 10 cm** is made according to traditional Japanese design. It was designed by and for cooking enthusiasts. Special is its beautifully polished blade and wooden handle. Kai knows better than anyone how to design a knife. The blade of the Seki Magoroku Redwood collection is a true jewel. It has a hardness of 58' HRC and a very thin grind. This makes the blade razor-sharp and perfect to use.
