Woow. De afwerking van het mes is perfect, ligt door de D-vorm van het heft fijn in de hand en het damast lemmet is een juweeltje. Dan waar het om gaat: snijden. Het mes is zó scherp dat ook supervers brood moeiteloos gesneden kan worden. Ook kleinbrood gaat vanzelf, croissants bijna zonder kruimelen, heel bijzonder. De snijplank heeft groeven voor het opvangen van de paar kruimels die vrijkomen, afwerking is prima met antislip voetjes.. Kortom: erg blij mee en zéker een aanrader!!
