## About the Miyabi 5000FCD collection


The Miyabi 5000FCD collection combines magnificent design with high-quality materials. The knives have a Fc61 core, surrounded by 48 layers of damask steel. Thanks to a special Friodur ice-hardening process the blades are extremely robust, with a hardness of 61 HRC.


**Honbazuke sharpening**
The blade is symmetrically sharpened according to the traditional Japanese Honbazuke method. During this process each knife is sharpened and stropped in three phases. This makes the blade super sharp, and the hardness of each knife means that this sharpness is retained for a long time.


**Handle**
The D-shaped handle looks amazing. The black pakka wood makes the handle look very exclusive. All thanks to the decorative red ring and the beautiful mosaic pin.

Couteau coupant tout et assez facilement, facile à  affûter et à aiguiser la lame est également magnifique avec sont relief style damas (car se n est pas un vrai damas).
