The amazing quality of the Roselli axes is based on old-fashioned forging skills and 40 years of continous innovation. Metal often becomes brittle as you attempt to make it is as hard as possible, but Roselli was able to find the perfect combination between hardening and tempering. How they do so is, of course, a secret, but we know one thing for sure: these axes are not mass produced! The axes are still completely made by hand in Harmoinen, Finland. Every axe is personally inspected and only perfect is good enough for Roselli.
