Features of PUMA TEC
The design within this line is cleaner and more businesslike than with the classic Puma hunting knives, without stag horn or engraved bolsters. That means you can carry them just as easily to work as into the woods. Puma keeps the material choice practical: stainless steel for the blades, which stays nicely sharp and which you can touch up yourself on a stone, and handle scales in micarta, G10 or aluminium. No exotic combinations, just materials where you know what you are getting.
Besides knives, the line also includes camping tools. Clearly inspired by the Swiss army knife, but with its own twist: you fold out the spoon and fork and pull the two halves apart, so the knife, fork and spoon work separately as proper cutlery. There is also a tin opener, bottle opener, reamer and corkscrew, covering just about everything you need on a campsite without dragging along a separate cutlery drawer.
