Utility knives: true all-rounders

You can use the utility knife for almost any task in the kitchen. In terms of size a utility knife fits in between a chef’s and a paring knife. On average the blade is approximately 13 cm long. Because of its all-round shape you can use it to chop herbs, cut vegetables or even clean meat. There are, of course, others knives you can use for these specific tasks but in the end you will have knives you can only use for one task while you can use a utility knife for almost any task!
